My name is Evangeline. I am an artist, plant enthusiast, and animal lover. I enjoy printmaking, ceramics, and traditional illustration. In my free time I enjoy camping and hiking.
Art serves as my refuge in the ever-shifting currents of life. My work combines themes of home, nature, and imagery that evokes emotion to evoke humor and comfort to the viewer . Through these elements I process personal experiences and memories. Linoleum block printing, traditional illustration, and functional ceramic wares are the mediums that I utilize to express these themes. Important people, memories, and influences transform into illustrations of Anthropomorphic animals that invoke humor and comfort.
